Dr. Khawaja Asim Siddique is a highly experienced, board-certified physician dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and integrative care to patients of all backgrounds. With over 20 years of global medical experience, Dr. Siddique brings a unique blend of clinical excellence and whole-person healing to every patient encounter.
He specializes in Family Medicine, Obesity Medicine, Urgent Care, and Holistic & Integrative Medicine—offering individualized treatment plans that address the root causes of illness and support lifelong wellness. Dr. Siddique also has advanced training in Sports Medicine and Clinical Informatics, helping patients manage chronic conditions, optimize performance, and navigate today’s complex healthcare environment with confidence.
His comprehensive medical training spans both the United Kingdom and the United States, giving him a broad, evidence-based, and patient-centered approach to care. A graduate of Allama Iqbal Medical College, Dr. Siddique completed further training through the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians (UK) and NHS-affiliated hospitals. He then pursued full Family Medicine residency training in the United States at the highly respected Northwell Health System in New York, one of the nation’s largest and most innovative healthcare networks. This dual-continent training equips Dr. Siddique with unique insight into managing complex conditions, preventive health, chronic disease, and lifestyle medicine. He is also fellowship-trained in Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona and holds advanced certifications in Sports Medicine, Clinical Informatics and Aviation Medicine.
Currently serving as an Attending Physician at CityMD and the Northport VA Medical Center, Dr. Siddique also holds the rank of Major in the United States Air Force, where he serves as a Flight Surgeon. He is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and conversational Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse and multicultural patient population with clarity and compassion. Known for his warm, bedside manner, thoughtful and respectful communication and whole-person approach, Dr. Siddique partners with patients to help them achieve optimal wellness—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
When he’s not seeing patients, Dr. Siddique is involved in community health outreach, mentoring future healthcare professionals, and volunteering with the Civil Air Patrol and Medical Reserve Corps.
